Billing & subscription terms

1. Plans and pricing

Self-serve plans, feature limits, and indicative per-seat list pricing are described on the pricingpage and in the package catalog. Checkout amounts, currency, and taxes are determined at purchase by our payment provider based on the Price objects configured for your subscription (seat quantity multiplies the per-seat unit price unless otherwise stated at checkout).

2. Paid start and refunds

Self-serve subscriptions begin as paid plans when your subscription is created at checkout. A 30-day money-back guarantee may be available for eligible new customers who contact us within 30 days of the initial paid subscription start to request cancellation and a refund. Eligibility is not automatic or unconditional; it depends on our billing, fair-use, and abuse-prevention policies and on payment-provider rules. This policy is not a substitute for a free trial and does not grant repeated free access.

3. Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically for each billing period until canceled. You may cancel through the customer billing portal or flows we provide; cancellation timing (end of period vs. immediate) follows the settings of your subscription in Stripe.

4. Failed payments

If a payment fails, we or our payment provider may retry charges and update subscription status (for example, to past due). Continued access to the Service may be restricted until payment succeeds, subject to grace periods we configure.

5. Taxes

Fees are stated exclusive or inclusive of applicable taxes depending on checkout configuration. You are responsible for any taxes imposed on your purchase other than our income taxes.

6. Enterprise and custom orders

Enterprise or negotiated agreements may supersede these summaries where explicitly stated in an order form or statement of work.
